1    Photocopy of Passport plus residency page with valid residency stamp.
    2    Photocopy of valid Civil I.D. or Diplomatic Card, whichever is appropriate.
    3    Photocopy of father's Civil I.D. or nationality card (Kuwaitis only), whichever is appropriate.
    4    Application form to join a Foreign Nursery, completed in English.
    5    Application form to join a Foreign Nursery, completed in Arabic.
    6    One photocopy of pupil's Birth Certificate.
    7    Three Passport photographs of the pupil.
    8    Medical Card, issued by the School Health Clinic of the Ministry of Public Health.
    9    BCG Vaccination Card, issued by the School Health Clinic of the Ministry of Public Health.
   

It is a Ministry requirement that all documentation must be submitted to the Nursery before any child may attend as a pupil.

If no place is available in the Nursery, at the request of the parents the child will be placed on a waiting list until such time as confirmation of a vacancy exists, at which time contact will be made to offer a place.
